Everything started with 4 friends travelling the world looking for the best food and discovered the best chicken tasting chicken they had ever tried in Korea Town in New York City. Spicy, crispy, unique and downright addictive – and guess what? We didn’t chicken out! We decided to take this western-Asian mash up, add the freshest ingredients and our very own hand brushed crazy flavourful artisanal sauces and take on the world!

 

And we are doing it! From a single store in Ion Orchard Singapore in 2009, we have now spread our wings in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and very soon the United States - and it’s just the beginning!

 

Position              : Field Trainer

Reporting to      : Field Training Manager

The Role:

Responsible to conduct training that is meeting business needs.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating onboarding all new hires within their respective outlets and development training programs
  • To organize, conduct, and coordinate on the job training and field training for Restaurant Crew & Restaurant Manager; follow up to ensure consistency and obtain feedback
  • To organize, conduct, and coordinate new product training
  • Organize and prepare training facilities, training materials and equipment which include online training modules
  • Maintain all training records
  • To step up for new restaurants’ team training and ensure competency is met

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a training position (preferably in F&B) and at preferably 2 years of Restaurant Management experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Confidence in delivering training
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Passion for training
  • With an extrovert personality
  • Familiar with basic knowledge in creating online training module
  • Possesses a Diploma in F&B/Hospitality or Training will be an added advantage
  • Relevant National Training Competency Standard Certification or HRDF certification will be an added advantage
