Everything started with 4 friends traveling the world looking for the best food and discovered the best chicken tasting chicken they had ever tried in Korea Town in New York City. Spicy, crispy, unique and downright addictive – and guess what? We didn’t chicken out! We decided to take this western-Asian mash up, add the freshest ingredients and our very own hand brushed crazy flavourful artisanal sauces and take on the world!


And we are doing it! From a single store in Ion Orchard Singapore in 2009, we have now spread our wings in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and very soon the United States - and it’s just the beginning!



Position           : Restaurant Manager

Reporting to    : HQ



To take ownership of the Shop by creating and maintaining a culture of customer service, employee recruitment and development, and business profitability, while upholding the brand standards as set by 4Fingers.


Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:




Key Service Commitment Responsibilities

  • Consistently delivers our 4Fingers customer program
  • Conveys passion about his/her work, the products we serve, and the 4Fingers brand.
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of all 4Fingers products.
  • Manages the customer environment.
  • Handles customer requests and complaints in a positive, professional manner.
  • Manage the crew which includes rostering, regular coaching, communications
  • Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations
  • Create a customer experience that delivers the promise of the 4Fingers brand. This includes a genuinely friendly service that generates regular customers return; accurate orders; hot & fresh food.     


Key Talent Management Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment and selection process in the restaurant.
  • Maintains a positive working environment so as to promote a culture of passion, teamwork, and respect.
  • Maintains communication within the shop.
  • Creates shop objectives and action plans to achieve the target.
  • Utilizes retention and rewards tools to motivate restaurant staff. Manage the crew which includes rostering, regular coaching, communications


Key Business Responsibilities

  • Maintains highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Maintains highest standards of personal conduct and appearance.
  • Identifies, establishes, and implements local promotions designed to maximize sales for the operation, with the agreement of 4Fingers
  • Implements brand promotions.
  • Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations
  • Develops sales, cost, profit targets.
  • Motivates and leads the team to meet and exceed all sales and profit targets.
  • Responsible for the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant reports.
  • To keep and implement 4Fingers standards, policies, and procedures
  • Manage raw materials, supplies, equipment and IT systems
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

We are looking for experienced leaders who:


  • Have at least 5 years’ experience managing a restaurant
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Are hungry for progress and have a burning entrepreneurial spirit
  • Have a love for delivering awesome customer experience; Love interacting with people, and in creating a memorable service experience
  • Are armed with an intense desire to create positive change and innovation in today’s F&B scene
  • Love the adrenalin and excitement of running a fast-casual store
  • Have strong business sense in managing the stores independently and within the 4fingers branding & frameworks and driven to win
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Are strong leaders able to build amazing, motivated teams
  • Have an ambition to truly understand the brand and promote its best interests to consumers
